9. Venue Access, Parking & Delays
Our sessions take place within Moors Valley Country Park, which is a publicly operated venue.
-
Entry to the park is managed independently and may be subject to queues, delays, or temporary access restrictions, particularly during busy periods, weekends, and school holidays.
-
Customers with pre-booked activities (including laser tag) are typically prioritised for entry; however, delays may still occur and are outside of our control.
-
We strongly recommend allowing extra travel time to account for potential congestion at the park entrance and car parks.
-
We are not responsible for delays caused by:
-
Traffic congestion
-
Parking availability
-
Queue times at park entry
-
If you are delayed due to access issues:
-
Please contact us as soon as possible.
-
We will always do our best to accommodate you within the same session or move you to the next available slot where possible.
-
Late arrival may result in reduced playing time, but we will aim to ensure all participants still receive a fair experience.
-
Standard parking charges and site rules are set by Moors Valley Country Park and can be found on the park’s official website.
10. Photography & Media
-
We may take photos or videos during sessions for promotional purposes.

If you do not wish to be included, please inform a member of staff before your session begins.
