What should I wear?
- Clothing and shoes you don’t mind getting dirty
- Dark or camouflage colours to help you blend in
- In cooler months: warm layers.
- In warmer months: long sleeves and trousers (we play in the ferns!)
What should I bring?
Essential:
- Drinking water
- Any medication your party requires
Optional:
- Snack or energy bar
- Spare clean clothes/shoes
- Insect repellent (summer)
Where do we meet?
- Meet your instructor at the Laser Tag Meeting Point, to the left of the Go Ape reception hut.
- Please arrive 15 minutes early for sign-in (sessions may be shortened if you arrive late)
- Ensure everyone has used the toilets beforehand
- There is a 10-minute walk to the battlefield.

Is there a car park?
- Over 300 spaces at Moors Valley
- Drop-offs under 20 minutes are free
- During busy months, arrive 20–25 minutes early

What is the minimum and maximum group sizes?
- Minimum 8 players needed for a session to run (multiple groups play at once, as long as the wider group minimum is 8, we're all good to go!)

- Whether it's a birthday party, a family day out, or a team building day away from the office, we've got your covered! Stag and Hen parties also welcome!
How much does it cost?
13–30 players: £19.50 (excl. booking fees)
8–12 players: £22.50 (excl. booking fees)
1–7 players: £25 (excl. booking fees)

What if the weather is bad?
If Moors valley Country Park announces a whole park closure due to bad weather (high winds), we are also required to shut. If this is the case, we will contact you and arrange to move your session to a time that suits both your party, and the availability of the space.
Light rain - We run as usual! We have a small gazebo that can be erected for any spectators and/or bags.
Heavy rain - It is at the discretion of the instructor to determine if the weather is too bad to use the electronic laser tag equipment. If in this case, we will contact you and arrange to move your session to a time that suits both your party, and the availability of the space.
What if I need to cancel?
If you wish to cancel your booking with us, the cancellation schedule and refunds are below:
- If you cancel your booking within 48 hours prior to your activity date you will not receive a refund.
-If you cancel 7-14 days prior to your booking you will receive a 50% refund.
-If you cancel 14+ days prior to your booking you will receive the full amount back excluding the £20 admin fee.
What if I'm under 16?
Under 16s must be signed in by a responsible adult
Ages 8–15 must have an adult remain on-site
